Domaine de Montvac
Vin du Rhone

A Cellar.

Jean DUSSERRE, œnologist engineer and descendant of a vintner and cask maker family decided to satisfy his passion for wine and abandoned the industry to build a cellar which apart from enabling vinification would allow him to mature and market their wines. Together with his daughter Cecile, who shares his feelings for this divine drink, they expanded and modernised the installations and made them operational, functional and large enough so that any equipment requirement would not interfere with the intransigent search for quality.

We have an analysis laboratory, a temperature controlled stainless steel winery, a vast underground cellar with 16 concrete tanks, 12 enamelled steel tanks connected to a “stilling” station and approximately 40 casks less than 3 years old that all in all enables the storage of over three complete harvests.

We undertake the bottling, the storage for a number of months and the labelling of the embossed bottles ourselves. All that of course, in our underground and perfectly isolated chambers.
