The Vacqueyras Cuvée Vincila wines are the flagships of our Vacqueyras appellation wines.
Grape Varieties
The cuvée Vincila is produced only during great vintage years from our best soils and oldest stocks. The grape varieties used in this wine are the classics:
- Grenache at 60%
- Syrah at 40%
Its specificity and personality is due to a meticulous selection of our soils.
Vinification
With the appropriate vinification allying a strict temperature control and a lengthy maceration period we obtain a well-structured product that requires several months maturing in oak casks before it develops its olfactory and gustatory power.
The Cuvée Vincila is only commercialised after 3 years of meticulous care and will only arrive at its best 6 to 10 years after elaboration.
Gastronomy
It accompanies any meal with refinement.
